What is our recruiting policy ?
After selection and study of your application by our HR service, you will be proposed a first interview during which we will evaluate your human and technical potential. After this interview, you will receive feedback on our behalf and will, ideally, sit one or several other interviews with the team, ending with an introduction to a technical manager.
This process aims at giving you a global comprehension of our activities and values, defining with you the scope of your expertise and your interests so as to choose together a coherent project.
Your integration
In T&T Consulting, getting to be properly integrated and meeting other contractors is a priority to consolidate strong company dynamics and to share experience.
Through formal means such as monthly training sessions animated by contractors that present their technical domain or through information meetings about the company around a drink, T&T Consulting multiplies the occasions to integrate newcomers and to make them meet all of the contractors.
