The annual interview, key element of our HR policy, happens on every birthday of your joining the company in an atmosphere of trust and collaboration.

It aims at reviewing the year gone by, by stressing the strengths of each contractor and the points he can improve, as well as defining his wishes and expectations for the year to come.

Followed up by a business engineer, wishes of change and evolution are always taken into account and we rapidly implement actions to help our colleagues evolve, while respecting our customers’ constraints.

A personalised evolution path:
The evolution of our contractors is written in a logic of global growth of T&T’s “fund of knowledge”. This way we give you the opportunity to develop your technical and human skills.

As we believe in the potential in everyone, we offer two possible orientations:

Of course, your evolution will also depend on you: your potential, your accomplishments, your wishes, your energy and your involvement.

So as to offer you a global follow up of your carrier, we have initiated an HR tool that takes into account skill, behaviour and experience criteria to evaluate you but also to guide you in your personal evolution.
