Lubor, INT joined us in 2000 “A capacity of versatility and adaptation to the world of the telecoms.”
Graduate telecom engineer in Slovakia and bearer of an INT Masters degree, I joined T&T in 2000 with two years of experience in radio engineering on two GSM networks of the Orange group. It was a time of strong growth and of great opportunities, as much on the technical aspects as on the human ones. It is following the same spirit that T&T offered me a new challenge in the same field, once again on a project in full growth – this time in the Caribbean, where I worked on BSS optimization of the Orange network.
T&T’s strength relies in the quality of its employees and their capacity of versatility and adaptation to the world of the telecoms that never ends surprising you by its frenzied evolution. It is thanks to this asset that we overcame the tough years of our industry, proudly. Concretely in my case, I had to change my environment, adapt to the R&D world of a manufacturer and to the “product” approach, and to learn about a new technology. This transition was successful.
For me, the constant evolution and the diversity of lines of work is a compulsory factor of my professional evolution. It is why I wished to broaden my field of knowledge on a larger portfolio of products, as well as to get closer to the client. I have been working for three years for the Alcatel-Lucent UTRAN support system.
Today, I rely once more on T&T to accompany me in the change of lines of work that I plan.
