Solution Architect Senior (Bratislava/ Hybrid)

A full-time position responsible for designing the E2E solution that meets business requirements and defines implementation tasks as testable blocks or stories that are broken down into specific systems and roles.
IT Designer role evaluates feasibility of a proposed solution in terms of technical, operational and financial impacts.

Main duties and responsibilities

•    Conducts IT analysis, including responsibility for associated methodology and documentation (in line with the principle of E2E ownership).
•    Ability to understand individual parts of IT Architecture.
•    Lists and describes impacts of new features in relation to other agile teams, advising professions and existing solutions.
•    Understands the business requirements and identifies any potential challenges that may impact the design of the solution.
•    Based on the requirements and analysis, the IT designer creates a detailed design (functional specification) of the E2E solution, including the architecture, components, and technology stack.
•    Defines implementation tasks to squad members or other advising professions.
•    Looking for ways to improve the overall solution and to identify areas for improvement.
•    Provides technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that the solution is implemented according to the design and best practices.
•    Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and resolve them accordingly.
