Senior AI-Driven Backend Developer

About the role
For the leading telco company in Slovakia, currently driving one of the most significant IT transformation programs in recent years, we're looking for a Senior AI-Driven Backend Developer who combines deep technical expertise with cutting-edge AI-augmented development practices to lead the technical execution of our CRM domain transformation.
This is a unique opportunity for an AI enthusiast who has mastered the art of multiplying their productivity through AI tooling while maintaining the strategic thinking and architectural vision needed for enterprise-scale transformations. You'll be a key member of their expert team, bringing cutting-edge AI development practices to one of the most complex transformation projects in Slovakia.
You'll be joining an expert team working on decomposing and replacing our legacy Siebel CRM with modern microservices architecture, while pioneering the use of AI agents and tools to accelerate development and ensure code quality at scale.
What you'll be doing
•    Leading hands-on development in the CRM domain transformation using AI-augmented development practices with tools like Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and custom AI agents
•    Setting up and orchestrating AI agents for: 
o    Automated code generation and refactoring
o    Code validation and review
o    Automated testing and test generation
o    Documentation and API specification creation
•    Building and maintaining MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrating them into development workflows
•    Orchestrating multiple AI agents to work together on complex development tasks
•    Developing core backend services for: 
o    Customer data management and customer 360° view
o    Order management and fulfillment orchestration
o    Product catalog and configuration services
o    Billing integration and account management
•    Contributing to the team's adoption of AI-first development practices while ensuring enterprise-grade quality and security
•    Building high-performance APIs and event-driven architectures using Kafka, with AI assistance for optimization and testing
•    Mentoring team members on effective AI tool usage and best practices
•    Collaborating with architects to design systems that leverage both human expertise and AI capabilities
