Solution Architect – Realtime Decisioning

IT Solution Architect/ real time decision engine

A full-time position responsible for designing the E2E solution that meets business requirements and defines implementation tasks as testable blocks or stories that are broken down into specific systems and roles.
Solution Architect role evaluates feasibility of a proposed solution in terms of technical, operational and financial impacts.

Main duties and responsibilities

•    Conducts IT analysis, including responsibility for associated methodology and documentation (in line with the principle of E2E ownership).
•    Ability to understand individual parts of IT Architecture.
•    Lists and describes impacts of new features in relation to other agile teams, advising professions and existing solutions.
•    Understands the business requirements and identifies any potential challenges that may impact the design of the solution.
•    Based on the requirements and analysis, the Solution Architect creates a detailed design (functional specification) of the E2E solution, including the architecture, components, and technology stack.
•    Defines implementation tasks to squad members or other advising professions.
•    Looking for ways to improve the overall solution and to identify areas for improvement.
•    Provides technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that the solution is implemented according to the design and best practices.
•    Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and resolve them accordingly.

Required Skills
•    Working experience with Camunda.
•    Experience with streaming and stream processing technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, ksql.
•    Familiarity with native mobile app development.
•    Experience with order management systems and digital onboarding workflows.
•    Familiarity with campaign management solutions.

Preferred Skills
•    Advanced knowledge of modeling techniques such as Archimate, UML, BPMN.
•    Working experience with technologies such as JAVA, Python, SQL, React, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, Open API.
•    Experience with middleware and APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
•    Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
