Description
We are looking for a german speaking Rollout Manager, for our Telco client, based in Germany
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Germany (once per quarter)
Contract: FTE/Freelance
Start: April 2026
Special requirements: German/English speaking
MD: 250 EUR
Requirements and Deliverables :
We need profile with background as Filed Manager or Senior Site Supervisor or Telecom Implementation Manager or Site Engineer (like in Huawei and ZTE)
The one who understands what is going on site and scope of subcons activities.
For this profiles it will be easy to get rollout process and deliverables that required to perform:
1. Detailed site deployment plan agreement with customer and subcontractors. |
2. Confirmation with subcontractors required resources and time plan |
3. Site survey plans agreement with customer and subcontractors |
4. Ensures site readiness with customer |
5. Ensures all required HW and materials availability for planned implementation |
6. Confirmation with subcontractors required resources and time plan |
7. have knowledge of the installation guide |
7. Coordinates field deployment for site surveys, implementation documentation delivery, faults removal, customer acceptance, ect… |
8. Daily communication with project team, partners, customer to keep agreed plan and issue resolving |
9. Ensures that schedules and forecasts are kept up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders |
10. Ensures that constraints and risks are managed successfully |
11. Milestones maintenance and customer databases |

· Good if have experience in managing RAN rollout
· Team leading and communication skills
· Problem solving and negotiation skills
· Customer focus/relations management skills
· Proactive and self-driven mindset
· Ability to perform under pressure
· German and English is must
