To support our Product Owner and agile feature teams, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can break down complex and evolving business challenges into meaningful, testable, and deliverable increments. The role combines strong business analysis and requirements engineering skills with a practical interest in AI-supported software delivery. The ideal candidate can help teams use AI responsibly to improve requirements quality, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, test coverage, documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder alignment.
Your Tasks
• Analyze complex business needs in the Customer Domain, especially in Customer Onboarding, Lifecycle Management, and Master Data Management.
• Support the Product Owner in epic and user story creation, backlog structuring,
prioritization, and decision preparation.
• Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and API-related specifications.
• Support API definition and service design in the context of the Customer Domain landscape.
• Apply requirements engineering and business analysis methods in an adaptive, agile delivery environment.
• Use AI-supported methods to improve SDLC outcomes, such as drafting and refining requirements, identifying gaps and inconsistencies, generating test scenarios, summarizing stakeholder input, and improving documentation quality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, testers, UX experts, data experts, and business stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and delivery readiness.
• Provide input for user experience concepts to support high-value, usable, and efficient products.
• Ensure proper user acceptance testing, support test preparation, define expected outcomes, and document test results.
• Contribute to AI SDLC practices, including prompt patterns, structured requirement templates, AI-assisted backlog refinement, and responsible use of AI tools in analysis and delivery workflows.
• Help identify opportunities where AI can support business analysis, process discovery, knowledge management, testing, and delivery acceleration.
Your Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Product Analysis, or a comparable role.
• Technical understanding of data management, API definitions, service-oriented architectures, and modern IT delivery.
• Experience with Customer Master Data Management, Customer Onboarding, Customer Lifecycle, or similar customer-domain processes is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of requirements engineering methods, including elicitation, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, process descriptions, and testable requirements.
• Experience with Customer Master Data Management solutions or comparable platforms such as ATHENA is an advantage.
• Experience working in agile environments with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Practical experience or strong interest in AI-supported SDLC practices, such as AI-assisted requirements analysis, test case generation, documentation support, backlog refinement, or process analysis.
• Ability to use AI tools critically and responsibly, validating outputs and ensuring business accuracy, compliance awareness, and delivery relevance.
• Understanding of data privacy, information security, and responsible AI principles is an advantage.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, API documentation tools, BPMN/process modelling tools, or AI coding/analysis assistants is beneficial.
AI SDLC Skills
• Ability to use AI tools to accelerate business analysis without compromising quality or accountability.
• Experience turning unstructured stakeholder input into structured requirements, user stories, decision logs, and test scenarios.
• Ability to design prompts and reusable analysis patterns for requirements refinement, acceptance criteria generation, process comparison, and documentation improvement.
• Understanding of how AI can support agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, impact analysis, test preparation, release documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to challenge AI-generated content, identify hallucinations or missing business context, and validate outputs with SMEs and delivery teams.
• Interest in improving team ways of working through AI-enabled SDLC practices, automation opportunities, and structured knowledge management.
Soft Skills
