For our Telco client based in Bratislava, w experienced Senior Business/Functional Analyst for a long-term project

Work model: Freelancing or B2B 

Start: September 2026

Location: Bratislava - hybrid model 

Mission:

• the project combines business and functional analysis, requirements engineering, process and domain modeling, and collaboration on digital product design
  • focused on analysis and development of digital solutions in the telecommunications environment, with an emphasis on digital touchpoints and the B2B segment
• responsibility for independent analysis of business domains and existing solutions, gathering and refining requirements from users and stakeholders, and transforming them into structured functional and analytical outputs
• the work will include creating process and domain models, business rules, user stories, information models, and other analytical documentation necessary for the design and further development of digital products
• the project operates in an environment combining Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe approaches
• scope of work:
  • analysis of business domains and existing TELCO solutions
  • functional and business analysis of requirements
  • gathering requirements from users and stakeholders
  • organizing and leading analytical discussions and workshops
  • refining and documenting business requirements
  • transforming business needs into functional requirements
  • collaboration on the design and development of digital products
  • analysis of digital touchpoints and customer processes
  • creation and updating of process models
  • creation of domain and information models
  • defining and documenting business rules
  • preparation and management of user stories
  • creation and management of a project glossary
  • process modeling using BPMN
  • utilizing UML in functional and system analysis
  • collaboration with business, IT, and other project stakeholders
  • maintaining analytical documentation in Jira and Confluence
  • work in an Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environment
• collaboration in a hybrid mode, ON-SITE [Bratislava] with a ratio of 3 days a week ON-SITE during onboarding and then 2 days a week ON-SITE
